HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders upon receipt. Please double check your order as well as any discount code you would like to use before placing your order. We cannot make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO SIGNATURE STEP?
We hope you are 100% happy and satisfied with your Signature Step product. If for any reason you must return an item please email us at yoursignaturestep@gmail.com and make sure to include your name and order number for faster service. Once your return is approved we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
-Returns without approval will NOT be accepted.
-All Sale Items and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A RETURN?
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
HOW DO I GET REIMBURSE FOR MY RETURN?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds to original method of payment. We only offer store credit for returns. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website. Store credit does not expire. Please note the amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping costs.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can rectify this right away.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
